Writing has always been a part of my life. It's been a way to rescue the overwhelming amount of words and thoughts that swirl around my mind from experiences, travel-life. I have often run to the keyboard or paper in fear that if I don’t, I might just explode. Like an artist who would wilt without their paint, writing has become my art, my words splattered onto canvas. Chasing Provence was born out of a need to marry more of my words to these experiences in the past, present and as I make them-the future.
